Testing and treatment figures are indicative and not a quotation. POA = price on application. Final fees are confirmed by the clinic before any appointment.
In all circumstances, responsibility for payment of the consultation rests ultimately with the patient. Should any sponsorship or guarantee fail, or an insurance claim be declined in whole or in part, the patient will be required to pay the outstanding balance in full.
