London Allergy Consultants is delighted to announce that we have moved into the new, purpose-built clinic at 10 Duchess Street in London. This move marks a significant step forward in expanding the reach and quality of allergy care available to our patients.
Established in 2025, the Allergy Centre of Excellence (ACE) is London’s first specialist allergy hospital. Founded by Professors Gideon Lack, Adam Fox OBE, and George Du Toit, the centre was created to bridge the gap in specialist care and bring a new level of clinical excellence to the UK. Excellent patient care and clinical research are our focus.

The ACE Research arm will facilitate cutting-edge clinical research trials on food allergy and other paediatric medical conditions, and our patients at London Allergy Consultants will benefit from this.

Walnut allergies are a leading cause of nut-induced allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis.
There is a high risk of "co-allergy" with pecans due to nearly identical protein structures, so allergy (or tolerance) to one usually implies an allergy (or tolerance) to the other, akin to being close ‘first cousins’.
Wlanut and Pecan allergies are rarely outgrown and typically require lifelong vigilance and, in the absence of OIT, the constant presence of an epinephrine auto-injector or Neffy device.
Oral Immunotherapy (OIT) is an emerging treatment option for Walnut and Pecan Allergy. We offer this service.
